Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mybebestory.com before the deadline.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Returned within 14 days of notifying us

Please note that personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless they are faulty.

How to Return

Contact us at info@mybebestory.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mybebestory.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
