Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Slovenia: 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
